Dr. Neelam Saxena
Dr. Neelam as a Director & Head of Business Development Training, brings a unique fusion of academic and managerial expertise to Intel Trade Solutions and Crisis Intel, spanning over three decades in industry, academia, consulting, and startup training. Until recently, she held the position of Professor & Head of the Amity Centre for Entrepreneurship Development at Amity University, NOIDA, where she managed cross-university programs and offered certificate courses to students.
Dr. Neelam holds double doctorates in Chemistry and Management and is a certified Entrepreneurship Educator, Master Trainer, and Mentor from ISB Hyderabad and the University of Stanford. Her track record includes high-profile mentorship roles for programs such as Goldman Sachs & London Business School, Cherie Blair & London Business School, and Walmart.
Her accomplishments include developing curriculum for Undergraduates and Postgraduates, organizing national-level business plan competitions, and managing various entrepreneurial projects. As a research guide, she has overseen multiple doctoral research projects on diverse topics such as intrapreneurship orientation and the role of effectuation principles in developing entrepreneurial mindsets.
She is an expert in curriculum design and has designed a comprehensive, practical, and research-based curriculum on Entrepreneurship Skills for school children for the Ryan International Group of Institutes. She has also received recognition as a Jury Member for the Entrepreneurship World Cup (EWC) and has won an award for presenting the ‘Most Socially Responsible Business Plan’ in the Rajasthan Business Plan Competition 2011.
